All in flow and everything will grow. 🌿🍃🌱 Since I started my #IVF treatments I took a much deserved break off of social media (mostly) and stopped sharing energy in a space where many times it’s draining. 🦋 All of my energy, time, and practice has been focused only on things that kept me in a sound heart and mind space, a place where all those emotions accompanying the hormones, including the physical changes, could sit and then literally flow through. 💕 As I take the slow transition into moving again, working, and living out my hectic routine, I have to remind myself constantly to take a moment and really savor all that is around me. This freedom, this independence, this ability TO DO. I’m usually so go-go-go and these next few months are so very temporary before we go for our implantation of our tiny embryos, so it’s important that I also take a step back from the many things of life and just experience. 🧚🏼‍♀️ Now is the time to experience, Puji.
