Something is seriously wrong with the ocean… and this time, it’s not just water.
From the helicopter, the coastline looks normal at first—waves rolling in, city lights reflecting across the surface. But then you see it… a massive, perfectly formed hole in the sea, stretching out like the ocean has been carved open.
And deep inside… it’s glowing.
Not sunlight. Not reflections.
A deep, molten orange glow, pulsing from beneath like the Earth itself has cracked open. Streams of what looks like lava are flowing along the inner walls of the hole, lighting up the surrounding water in an eerie, fiery shimmer. The sea isn’t putting it out… it’s just… coexisting with it.
Steam rises where the heat meets the ocean, creating a thick, swirling mist that wraps around the edges. From above, it looks like a gateway—water being pulled down toward something burning far below the surface.
