The Eligio Bishop couldn’t attend his own trial because FormerJudge Stacey Hydrick broke his 6th amendment right (to be physically present at trial). During this time the CDC guidelines had a mandatory 5 day quarantine for COVID positive individuals, which she straight violated! The guidelines also required to take another test and test negative before attending work… this guideline was changed the day of his conviction as to show she blatantly didn’t follow protocol.
