Definitely my favorite combo to create all my cuts with!! The arcscissors Phantom ll cuts great on both wet and dry hair, so I can use them throughout the whole haircut! The ARC Scissors 30/2 Reversible Blenders take out about 15-20% of the hair (depending on hair density), so I can create soft texture without taking out too much hair! For my color, I used moroccanoilpro Blonde Voyage Lightener in foils , then toned with moroccanoilpro Calypso Gel 9.21 with a tiny splash of 10.3 to tone ✨! Hope you like it! 💃🏼!
