Upstairs, the king bedroom looks straight onto the quay, we’re not making this stuff up! And… you’re still less than 100 metres from everything… the pubs, the shops, the harbour, the morning coffee run. Even Wells-next-the-Sea beach on a crisp winter day… completely unmatched.
