*My last update from Marrakesh* As of now, I’m back in Amsterdam, still grappling with the unbelief of surviving an actual life-threatening earthquake. While life here seems to go on as usual, there’s a lingering bitterness in my mouth and a strange feeling in my stomach that I can’t shake. Perhaps, with time, these emotions will fade. But more urgently, this experience has activated me to take action and see what we can do to help the situation. It’s a reminder that in times like these, we need to come together and make a difference, right? My journey to my fatherland has taken an unexpected turn, and the challenges have mounted to a point where continuing right now isn’t feasible. I need to return to my regular responsibilities soon. However, rest assured, I’ll be back with more information on what we can do to continue my journey.
