What a mental trip… I fricking loved this trip unbelievably - the best people, challenging myself, learning more about who I am, first time in Sweden, first husky sled ride and so much more🌟 As I mention in this video, I was emotional at times and I explain why in detail over on my YouTube - the vlog is out now. We have a lot of deep chats about my pain and struggles I face with my disability (even over seven years on). I cannot tell you how happy I am that you also get to see first hand how I try and channel my mind when I’m struggling. I often talk about this on my socials but now you see it in real time!!
