Thought I was here for a handover inspection… not a frame inspection. 🙈 Roof framing issues at PCI.. 😳😬 ❌ Poorly supported trusses (saddles) ❌ Poorly fixed components ❌ Gang plates separating from truss webs This isn’t “cosmetic defects” territory, this is structural and are Engineered and designed components. These will need advice from the truss manufacturer over the rectification methods used. It is likely quick and easy solutions, but because the truss plates are hydrolically pressed into the joints, just using a hammer to nail them back in, is generally not an acceptable outcome. #newbuild #rooftrusses #buildinginspection #tradie #constructionlife
