Behind every hockey player is a hard working parent/guardian that is giving them the opportunity to play This sentiment applies to every sport, but there’s something about hockey that creates family like no other I am grateful to be surrounded by families that are just that - trying to give their kids the best opportunities and the best chance at becoming great human beings. And they chose to ride with me, giving me the opportunity to do what I’m doing. My ability to pull this trip off is a result of the network I’ve built since I started as a college kid in 2017. Went to Merrimack College which landed me in the Greater Boston, MA area. Let’s not get it twisted, I want to win in Nashville. But that’s not what determines the success of the trip. Winning is fun, don’t get me wrong. But that’s not why we’re going. In a world filled with hate, ego, and divide… hockey unites us. #BetterThanYesterday #HUHockey
