March Madness is back tonight with the Sweet Sixteen! This post shows where each NCAA College Basketball National Tournament’s number 1 seeds’ starting lineup of basketball players each started playing college basketball, from Point Guard, to Shooting Guard, to Small Forward, to Power Forward, to Center. The number 1 seeds are the University of Florida Gators (who recently just got upset in a Cinderella Story for the Iowa Hawkeyes), the Duke Blue Devils from Duke University, the University of Michigan Wolverines, and the University of Arizona Wildcats (the winner of my 2026 March Madness Bracket).
University of Florida men’s college basketball players went to other schools such as Arkansas University (home of the Arkansas Razorbacks) and Ivy League school from New Jersey, Princeton University (the Princeton Tigers).
