INGREDIENTS
• 2 cups clear ginger ale (flattened)
• 1 cup vodka (plain or vanilla)
• ½ cup orange liqueur (Cointreau or triple sec)
• ¾ cup cold water
• 5 tbsp sugar
• 3 tbsp grenadine
• 4½ tbsp + 1 tsp powdered gelatin (≈6½ packets — this is the firmness key)
• 30–36 maraschino cherries, stem-on, drained & VERY well dried
• Edible glitter (optional but… ✨)

HOW TO MAKE:
1️⃣ Sprinkle gelatin over ¾ cup cold water. Let sit 5 minutes. Don’t stir.
2️⃣ In a saucepan over LOW heat, warm ginger ale + sugar + grenadine until sugar dissolves. Do NOT boil.
3️⃣ Add bloomed gelatin and stir until completely clear.
4️⃣ Let cool slightly, then stir in Cîroc + orange liqueur.
5️⃣ Pour ⅓ into a lightly greased 8×8 pan. Chill 12-15 min until just set.
6️⃣ Add cherries 🍒arrange in a grid and gently nestle into the semi-set layer.
