Makes ~20 cubes (8×8 pan) — INGREDIENTS • 2 cups clear ginger ale (flattened) • 1 cup vodka (plain or vanilla) • ½ cup orange liqueur (Cointreau or triple sec) • ¾ cup cold water • 5 tbsp sugar • 3 tbsp grenadine • 4½ tbsp + 1 tsp powdered gelatin (≈6½ packets — this is the firmness key) • 30–36 maraschino cherries, stem-on, drained & VERY well dried • Edible glitter (optional but… ✨) — HOW TO MAKE: 1️⃣ Sprinkle gelatin over ¾ cup cold water. Let sit 5 minutes. Don’t stir. 2️⃣ In a saucepan over LOW heat, warm ginger ale + sugar + grenadine until sugar dissolves.
