Melt a stick of butter and add 12 oz of your favorite hot sauce to the pot and whisk together for 5 minutes until combined. Mix together 8oz pepper jack cheese, 8oz cheddar cheese, 8oz soft cream cheese, 8oz bleu cheese, the shredded chicken, hot sauce and butter mixture, salt, pepper and some red pepper flakes.
