On this #InternationalWomensDay, I want to tell you about what a "MMJane" is. I am one and so are several women in the News 12 NBC 26 newsroom. It means we come up with our own stories, lug around our own camera gear, shoot our own video, write our own stories, edit them, and then, jump in front of the camera -- that we set up -- to tell you what we found out. So on this International Women's Day, I have a request. If you ever see me out in the community carrying my own gear, please don't ask me where my "camera guy" is.
