PATIENCE!! this past weekend i ran 11.15 (100m) , 22.8 (200m) , and 4x400 relay to kick off the season💨 AND did all of that with 30min rest in between whewww. these are my fastest ever times in March and top-10 in the world right now! i’ve been so so so patient these past few years & process obsessed which has made the difference. being filled up with love from the people who love me and experiencing Gods presence over pressure🤍🤍 the work continues … #iloveyou
