RHUBARB & ROSE 🌹⇩ A fan favourite through spring and summer, we’re revisiting this gorgeous creation by marissamakes__ ❤️ Starring a homemade rhubarb rose syrup, sweet strawberries, and our Elderflower Rose Gin 🤩 RHUBARB & ROSE • 2½ oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin • 2 oz Rhubarb & Rose Syrup* • 2-3 Strawberries, diced • Soda Water, to top • Rose Petals & Rhubarb Ribbons, to garnish METHOD: Muddle the strawberries in a Collins glass, then add the gin and the syrup.
