Captain Ty. Prefontaine was drafted by the Prince Albert Raiders 95th overall in the 2014 #WHLBantamDraft, traded to Calgary in January 2016, and acquired by the #WHLCanes in October 2016. Prefs appeared in 255 #WHL games, collecting 70 points (10G, 60A). Of those, 244 games and 69 points (10G, 59A) were with the 'Canes. Prefontaine also finishes his junior career a +97. In three seasons of #WHLPlayoffs, Prefontaine played 40 games and recorded 5 assists. Off the ice, the captain was known for continuously giving his time to the fans, stopping for the #PREFectSelfie each home game this season, and always willing to participate in community events.
