#fracking is being waged heavily in California. In one county, where we screened Triple Divide on the national tour, the industry has outspent the group Protect San Benito by remarkable numbers. And recently, a sign campaign they successfully executed has been grossly vandalized. Here's what we received in an email:

For weeks, Big Oil has blanketed TV, radio and internet with lies designed to confuse voters -- messages like "Protect San Benito County, vote NO on J".
