March 4 2012 at 6:54 I stood in silence. I gripped my chest as the cold D.C blew tears from my face. I have a Dream. Push forward in the times of controversy. Be a leader for your people. I felt the wind whisper in my ear. Thank you MLK JR for your life, for your gift. I’ve been to many integrated schools, I’ve been called. Nxgger, spit on, punched in my face, I’ve made through a school system that said I would become a dropout and dead or in jail by 21 and won’t live to see 25. I’m trying, wish I could of marched with you. I’m doing my own march and trying to bring those who want to come along with. Happy MLK JR Day thank you for your sacrifice.
