Which is more important for gut health: probiotics or prebiotics? Historically most people have thought that probiotics are the most important for gut health. But the newest research is showing otherwise. Dr. Tim Spector (tim.spector) is one of the top nutrition and microbiome scientists in the world and is the co-founder of ZOE (zoe).
