Congratulations to Randy Travis (ABJ ‘82) on being named to the 2023 Grady Fellowship class. Travis is a Peabody Award-winning investigative reporter at @fox5atlanta, in his sixth decade of reporting. One of his most influential Grady experiences was taking a class called “advanced radio - tv news” with the late professor Bill Martin, who Travis said gave him the confidence that he could make it in this industry. “All the talent in the world is not going to land you a job unless you think you can get the job,” Travis said. 👉See the link in our bio for more details.
