Today’s Mums & Little Ones session was just amazing 🥹💜 With it being school holidays, we had the older ones join us too and honestly… they LOVED it! Watching them get involved, join in with the workouts and have fun alongside their mums was just the best feeling. This is exactly why I do what I do… creating a space where mums can move their bodies, feel good, and the kids can be part of it too.
