In the end, I used a much more professional commit message than I had planned this morning (previous post). I can proudly say, this day counts! No final PR yet, but I at least merged my first subtask out of three and resolved conflicts for the second one. The irony is that with the third subtask, I am redoing things that I had refactored in the second one (due to business logic changes). I also pulled some changes into my third subtask from the feature branch as well as from a separate backend branch, making it also fully dependent on my previous two subtasks. I guess that could be the reason I couldn’t push the branch; it probably got lost from the parent branch.
