Thank you to Panza's Restaurant for hosting our Dine to Donate last night! It was a beautiful evening, filled with many familiar faces dining in support of the Foundation’s mission to preserve and enhance Saratoga Springs’ unique architectural, cultural, and landscaped heritage.⁠ ⁠ Panza’s has been a part of Saratoga’s rich history for more than 80 years. What began as a bakery in Mechanicville in 1897 grew into a culinary legacy for more than five generations. In 1938, Ma Panza and Anthony Gouckey opened The Starlight Room on Saratoga Lake, creating a gathering place for food lovers. Today, Panza’s continues that tradition at 129 South Broadway, serving homemade Italian dishes crafted with fresh ingredients in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
