This month is not only the celebration of the ADA, it is also Disability Pride Month and RAMP is celebrating by sharing ways the ADA has touched the lives of our staff. It is important for them to know that they are protected from discrimination under this law. It is also empowering for them to know that they can be successful as a Disabled individual in employment, education, and community living, and that Disabled people all across the country are doing the same thing thanks to the ADA!
