An American Eagle plane landed safely at the Philadelphia International Airport following a complete failure of its hydraulic equipment, according to the Philadelphia Fire Department. A fire truck and other emergency vehicles could be seen on the runway after the plane landed at PHL at around 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
