Unless your sport is your career, time is so hard to come by, and you have to have the discipline to train at hours when others are sleeping. I’m a teacher, and I get up super early to train before I go to work. 💪 Best advice ever received 🧠 The best advice I’ve ever gotten came from my moto trainer, and he told me not to accept no for an answer.
