Moving walls can come with some extra surprises: notably, strangely shaped holes in the floor. Small sections of scuffed, stained, damaged or missing floors don’t necessarily mean you have to replace the entirety of a room’s flooring. With this project we knew some sections of missing flooring would have to be filled, but we didn’t know the type of wood or stain that was used years ago. Our flooring experts have developed an eye for details like this, so they can work backwards and piece together flooring replacements.
