Iris Chacón, known as La Vedette de América, became one of the most iconic entertainers to come out of Puerto Rico. In the 70s and 80s she toured across Latin America and the Caribbean, bringing music, dance, and espectáculo wherever she performed. Wherever she went, she carried Puerto Rico with her, siempre poniendo el nombre de la isla en alto. For many fans, La Chacón isn’t just a performer, she’s una verdadera diva de nuestra cultura.
