i have loved learning about the history of the countries i travel. honestly can’t believe how little i was taught about history at school. maybe i just wasn’t interested or it wasn’t in the curriculum. but I’m at least happy to be learning it now. it’s when you do this and truly listen, take everything in that you start to understand a destination and locals. we all get it wrong sometimes. so let’s start travelling with more awareness. #responsibletravel #slowtravel #conscioustravel #sustainabletravel #travelwithintention
