This is our deload week. Please understand that a deload week does not mean an easy week. It is a week for your body to break from the progression in order to introduce another progression wave in the following three weeks. As well as give your CNS a break from extreme loading, speed, and volume. That said, you can still expect challenge, rather than an off week, view this as a varied week where we vary the stimulus and play with intensities.

Ps. You will notice we have more technical components added this week for weightlifting and gymnastics. This is by design, to take advantage of the deload by working on skills and the neuro components of our sport.
