It’s hard to keep a low profile on the Pacific Crest Trail as a family of seven with matching yellow sun hoodies hiking 20-plus miles a day. Especially when one of the kids is two years old (trail name: Dead Weight). In completing the PCT in 2023, the Netteburg family finished their triple crown with five kids in tow. And although the family is unique, they’re certainly not alone.
