Mike Jackson is 76 years old, has been wrestling for 57 years, and says he is in better shape now than he was at 26. He has no plans to stop.
Speaking on the Stories with Brisco and Bradshaw podcast, Jackson said he works out hard every day and the only thing that will stop him is if the good Lord tells him he cannot do it anymore.
"I'm probably in better shape now than I was when I was 26 years old. I have to be in shape now. When you get to be a certain age, you don't have any choice."
Jackson said TNA recently called him back. His phone has been ringing off the hook after the TV exposure. He is also booked for shows in New York and Detroit.
His knees are shot and his hips are not good, but he still dives out of the ring and walks the top rope at every show. He was never formally trained: "I never had one lesson. I never went to one school. I just kind of picked it up on my own."
