As Mount Pleasant farmers prepare to plant their spring crops, they face some of the highest input costs seen throughout their careers. ⁠ ⁠ Because of lower profits, farmers like David Zeien, the owner of Zeien Farms Inc., have to be strategic with what they plant this season.
