The American Red Cross presented Certificates of Appreciation to the Idaho National Guard and Morale, Welfare and Recreation director Jessica Bate today at the Rally Point on Gowen Field. Maj. Gen. Tim Donnellan, commander of the Idaho National Guard, accepted the award on behalf of Soldiers, Airmen and personnel who donated 174 units of lifesaving blood, potentially saving 522 lives in 2024.
