Idaho National Guard Airmen from the 124fighterwing trained at Nellis Air Force Base, Oct. 25 through Nov. 8, during Green Flag West, an extensive joint exercise that emphasizes live-fly operations and provides warfighters with in-depth, air-to-surface integration training. Green Flag ensures our Airmen are operationally ready to provide joint ground support to its NATO partners globally. During this exercise the wing supported the U.S. Army’s National Training Center efforts in Fort Irwin, California. “The wing participated in Green Flag as a major part of our combat training,” said Lt.
