April 2nd is National Ferret Day! This day is observed to spread awareness, dispel myths, and educate people about taking care of domesticated ferrets. Did you know that it is illegal to buy a ferret in California? We will stick to letterpress printing one instead. For today, Jared letterpress printed an image of a ferret from a large photo engraving. This cut was acquired a couple years ago by a staff person, Pete, of the Sacramento History Museum.
