This heirloom lily is a descendant of lilies planted in the 1930s by Grace Daniels, the wife of Lighthouse Keeper C.D. Daniels, who served from 1935-1943 at the St. Augustine Lighthouse. Their daughter, Wilma, who is shown in the photo on the Museum signage, still visits the St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, and climbed to the top on her 90th birthday in 2021! #staugustinelighthouse #heirloom #lily #flower #spring
