A powerful show can captivate you beyond understanding. Pull you in for hours or even years. Sure maybe it’s just a character but sometimes you can find yourself in them or sometimes they even feel real to you in your heart. I believe proper cinema engulfs your every emotion for each minute it’s rolling. The last 13 years Cillian Murphys portrayal of Thomas Shelby in peakyblinders did just that for me. As a creative with a huge imagination it’s hard to explain that when I watch a show, a movie or video how it brings my entire internal universe to another world. I truly can feel like I’m in it. My brain and body react to the actions and emotions happening on screen. I can dream and live it so vividly. So It may be silly to others for me cosplaying this but I’ve produced copious amounts of videos the last 7 years portraying the series because I truly loved it that much.
