Nostalgic General Tso’s Chicken with Shrimp Lo Mein. Reminds me of the delicious takeout my Mom would get for us when we were kids. I used EatInnovAsian General Tso’s Chicken, which was easily cooked in the air fryer. It came out so crispy & delicious! Then I whipped up a shrimp lo mein in my wok with lots of veggies & fresh garlic. Easy recipe below! #ad Chicken: •Air fry EatInnovAsian General Tso’s Chicken at 375 for 12 minutes •Heat sauce in a microwave safe bowl for 2 minutes •Pour sauce over chicken & toss together Lo Mein: •Boil lo mein noodles for 4 minutes & drain •Sauté about 20 jumbo shrimp in a skillet with 1tsp butter & 1tsp garlic •In a wok on medium high heat, add 3tbsp olive oil & 3tbsp minced garlic •Stir in 1tsp minced ginger, 1/2 cup chopped onions, 1 cup chopped cabbage, 1/4 cup minced carrots & 1/2 cup diced green onions •As you continue to stir, add in sauce mixture: 3tbsp soy sauce, 2tsp dark soy sauce, 1tbsp oyster sauce, & 1tsp sugar •Add in lo mein noodles ...
