The holidays are always a hectic time for many food banks as families prepare to make hearty meals to celebrate. Nationally, food banks need the most help during this time of year as they see increased demand for food items and do not want local families to go without. The AVALA First Engagement Council took initiative to support Northshore Food Bank with donations to help fill their shelves back up post-Thanksgiving! Through our team's combined efforts, we have donated 420+ pounds of food items.
