Today Ethan Wayne takes us to the 10,000 square foot JOHN WAYNE: AN AMERICAN EXPERIENCE exhibit in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards, Texas for a weekend of celebrations and activities all benefiting the John Wayne Cancer Foundation. Inside the exhibit, Ethan shares stories of his life with his father on their boat the Wild Goose, on location for The Cowboys (1972), and at home in Newport Beach, CA. In addition to John Wayne’s legacy in film, Ethan shares John Wayne’s continuing legacy in searching for the cure for cancer. “When he was in bed, sick and dying, he looked up at his kids and said, ‘Use my name to fight cancer.’ And that’s what we’ve tried to do the last 44 years.” -Ethan Wayne.
