Cartilage doesn’t have a direct blood supply. It stays healthy through compression and decompression. Too little load? Cartilage weakens. Too much repetitive load? It breaks down.
🥇The goal is regular, varied loading:
- Strength training 2–4x per week
- Full, controlled ranges of motion
- Variety in movement patterns (squat, lunge, jump, pushup, etc.)
