Physicians and other healthcare providers have been facing a lot of criticism over the past several years for a variety of reasons (e.g. increasing cost of healthcare with decreasing access and perceived conflicts of interest) such that public trust in the medical profession seems to be at an all-time low. 👉 There are even public officials who have suggested doctors and other medical professionals would rather keep you sick than fix your issue. 😷 In my opinion, nothing could be further from the truth. Most doctors, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare providers will do whatever they can to make you better.
