In the video, a man is seen on top of a #Jeep, twerking and enjoying spring break in #PortAransas, but the viral moment takes a tragic turn. 22-year-old #MichaelBrown was involved in a crash when a Jeep collided with a #Tesla. He was thrown from the vehicle and suffered severe head injuries.
