Her Legacy | Episode 12 Few players embodied the joy of the game quite like Katie Fiorella. Her passion for golf fueled a remarkable competitive career, highlighted by 22 women’s club championships at Willis Case Golf Course and multiple CWGA Senior Stroke Play titles in 1984, 1985 and 1987. Fiorella was also a formidable team competitor, partnering with fellow Hall of Famer Lynn Zmistowski to win six CWGA Brassie team championships. Her impact on the Denver golf community lives on in a very special way — Katie’s Course, the four-hole par-3 First Tee layout at Willis Case, named in her honor to introduce young golfers to the game she loved so much. Her Legacy lives on. #HerLegacy #ColoradoGolfHallOfFame #YearOfWomen #CGA
