For Women's History Month, we spotlight Dr. Temia Sibley, a lifelong educator and visionary leader, whose nearly two decades of service reflect an unwavering commitment to student success, educational access, and community development. She is also the founder and director of Destiny Preparatory Academy, where she leads programs focused on academic achievement, character development, and whole-child education. Through her leadership, countless students have gained access to supportive learning environments that foster confidence, growth, and long-term success. A 2005 graduate of the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Education, Dr. Sibley carries forward a strong family legacy of Rattlers.
