I'm proud to start my post-graduate design career by contributing to two VICTORIOUS City Council campaigns in Monterey County! :) . Local politics are just as important as what's going on in Sacramento or Washington, as local candidates and ballot measures have a much more direct impact on you. Some may think that their vote does not matter on a national level, but a few votes can be the deciding factor in a close local election . With that said, I'm glad that my logo designs, social media graphics, and print mailers have played a role in sending these two young Latinos into official City Council seats! . I hope that this election inspires the next generation of young leaders, and I'm excited to see them unseat incumbents in many elections to come :)
