I first met Alexis in my freshman-year Stats class at CSUMB when he randomly sat in the empty seat next to me. Four years later, he's running for a City Council seat and I got my logo on a freeway onramp! (General ed classes aren't that bad, after all!) . I've had the pleasure working alongside Alexis' wonderful campaign team to create bilingual graphics and print signage, and maintain the newsletter for [hopefully] the first Latino councilmember in Seaside! . Alexis' campaign hopes to uplift the voices of a Latinx population that is underrepresented in Seaside, as well as to inspire the next generation of young political leaders. While he was in CSUMB, he actually spent a semester in Washington D.C. serving as a congressional intern! . I personally don't know that many people that live in Seaside, but if you do, please tell them to vote for Alexis Garcia-Arrazola for Seaside City Council!
