Meet Emma Brodbar, Communications Coordinator for INDYNXT by Firestone, the developmental series for the NTT INDYCAR SERIES 🏎️💨 Emma joined the indycar team in 2024, liaising with indynxt drivers, teams, and the media to help amplify driver market presence and value through storytelling. She’s had so many rewarding experiences working for the series, but she told us the most rewarding moment was watching three INDY NXT drivers she worked with graduate to full-time seats in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES 🏆 Emma has excellent advice for young girls and women hoping to one day find themselves in a similar position: “Do not allow yourself to be intimidated by what may be a ‘male-dominated’ space. You deserve to be in the room or paddock, and there are so many amazing women who would be happy to help get you there.
