Macro Photography with amarancreators Halo 100x and Spotlight SE The Halo 100x from amaran is a compact, affordable studio light that I have been testing out. I’ve been wanting to shoot macro photos of some of my favorite camera designs for a while, and this light finally pushed me to do it. Even with a Bowens mount attached, it stays lightweight and easy to handle, which made adjusting the setup mid shoot simple. Paired with the Peak battery and powered via USB-C, the whole setup stayed mobile without needing an outlet. Really enjoyed working with this light and the results it helped me create.
